First of all, one thing to be clear is that if you want to lose weight, you must lose weight on your whole body. There is no reason to lose weight on only one part. So you don't have to worry about whether skipping rope will reduce your breasts. First of all, a lot of the fat in the chest is supported by a ligament extending from the shoulder, so strenuous exercise can easily cause the chest to vibrate violently, causing the ligament to loosen and the chest to sag.

As for the so-called issue of reducing breast size by skipping rope, I would like to share my opinion. The body structure of us women is very pitiful. If we get fat, our buttocks and thighs will get fat first. If we get thin, our breasts will get thin first. There is nothing we can do about it.

In addition, because there is so much fat in the chest and it is only supported by a ligament extending from the shoulder, if the chest is allowed to vibrate up and down violently without protection, the ligament will of course relax, causing the chest to sag, affecting its beauty and making it seem smaller. Therefore, when exercising, you must be willing to spend money to buy yourself a good sports bra (although it is a pity that there are no professional sports bras with sufficient support in China, but we can also find a way ourselves).

Madonna herself is said to wear three or five sports bras to hold her breasts in place while jogging. I myself wore two sports bras and a small tube top to hold it in place.

So generally speaking, if you want to exercise, you should first prepare a better sports bra. This is very important. What you need to worry about when skipping rope is not that your breasts will be reduced but that they will sag. However, if you have a good dedicated sports bra, you don’t have to worry too much about this. So before deciding to exercise, you should prepare your body well.
