The painting style is so beautiful! Do it with your children and you will be healthier

Many children are born with some minor illnesses, which is very detrimental to their health. As a mother, you can practice parent-child yoga with your children to help them improve their body coordination and flexibility, strengthen their immune system, and keep fit together.

What should parents know when practicing parent-child yoga?

1. Understand that your child may not like yoga right away. Like adults, children want to do things well, and yoga may seem a little strange to them at first. Usually, by the third class it won't seem strange anymore.

2. You should also learn to encourage your children to incorporate the postures they have already learned into each set of exercises to build their confidence. When they are in a pose, tell them they should hold it for a few breaths so they feel safe.

3. Limit the practice time to 30 minutes or less and use a language they like and can understand.

Before you begin

Preparation: Find a quiet spot in your home or yard and lay out your yoga mats.

Communicate: Talk to your kids about yoga. Let her know that this is a physical activity and that it is important to breathe deeply. Listen to what she is paying attention to. As you practice, remember to praise your child for his or her efforts. Create a relaxed atmosphere and show your child that yoga can be comfortable and fun.

After the exercise:

Rest: Lie down together and do Corpse Pose. Encourage your child to close their eyes and be still and quiet, as if they are on top of a cloud. Stay for 1 to 3 minutes.

Connect: Give your child a hug and thank her for practicing with you. Get to know your child's feedback and ask her what she likes most about the exercise. Be open to your child's responses.

Sequence: Remind your child to breathe deeply through the nose. Stay in the pose for 2 to 5 breaths. Always ask your child how they feel in the pose or which part of the body feels difficult during the practice.
