The American College of Sports Medicine conducted a survey on exercisers who were accustomed to exercising in the morning, afternoon and evening. The results showed that within 3 months, 85% of those who exercised in the morning found it difficult to stick to fitness, 50% of those who exercised in the afternoon found it a bit reluctant, and among those who exercised in the evening, only 25% found it a bit difficult.

Exercise at night to keep your body in the best condition

This is because the human body's temperature is highest, the body's flexibility and sensitivity are greatest, and muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function are also in optimal condition between 6pm and 8pm. Therefore, exercising at night will have the most obvious effect and the best durability.

In addition, if you are used to exercising outdoors, the air quality in the morning is not the best during the day. If you exercise near a main street, the dust and exhaust gas content in the air will reach its maximum in the early morning, which is not particularly suitable for exercise.

Expert advice: Whether you are exercising indoors or outdoors, the best time to exercise is in the evening. But while exercising, don't forget to replenish water and electrolytes in time.
