Exercise + diet therapy, no longer a yellow-faced woman

1. Improve facial dullness-Yoga method

Supine leg raise method:

1. Lie on the floor, stretch your arms out, and inhale.

2. While exhaling, raise your right leg and slowly lower it to the left. Cross your legs and spread them apart, place them on the ground, turn your head to the right, and hold for 10 seconds.

3. While exhaling, return your right leg to its original position and repeat the action on the other side.

Inverted pose:

1. Kneel on the ground, clasp your hands together and place them on the ground.

2. Improve facial dullness - massage method

Press the Tongziliao and Shuigou points.

The Tongziliao point is located in the depression about one finger wide on the outer side of the eye corner; the Shugou point is located at the intersection of the upper 1/3 and lower 2/3 of the philtrum groove.

Massage method:

1. Press with your index finger or knuckles and massage in a circular motion.

2. Use the tip of your middle finger to press the Shui Gou point rhythmically, up and down. The pressure should gradually increase from light to heavy.

Efficacy: Softens eye muscles, dredges meridians, promotes blood circulation, and increases muscle elasticity.

3. Improve facial dullness - food supplement method

Wolfberry and Longan Soup

Ingredients: 50 grams of wolfberry, 50 grams of longan meat, and appropriate amount of honey.

practice:

1. Wash wolfberries and longan meat, put them in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer over low heat.

2. Turn off the heat and let cool until the wolfberries and longan pulp are free of sugar.
