Exercises for lumbar bone hyperplasia

Lumbar vertebrae bone hyperplasia is actually a type of bone hyperplasia, but the incidence of this type of lumbar vertebrae bone hyperplasia disease is still relatively high in real life. There are many treatments for lumbar bone hyperplasia, but based on current medical technology, the treatment of lumbar bone hyperplasia cannot completely cure the disease. Therefore, many patients with lumbar bone hyperplasia are not satisfied with the current treatment effects. Privately, they often still pursue exercise methods for lumbar bone hyperplasia.

The so-called exercise method for lumbar vertebrae bone hyperplasia is physical therapy. In fact, this exercise method for lumbar vertebrae bone hyperplasia has a certain effect on the recovery of lumbar vertebrae bone hyperplasia. However, in reality, very few people know about the exercise methods for lumbar bone hyperplasia, and most people only know about the conventional treatment methods. In response to this phenomenon, we will introduce in detail the exercise methods for lumbar bone hyperplasia.

The main cause of bone hyperplasia is related to the degenerative lesions of articular cartilage. Lumbar bone hyperplasia is because after middle age, with the increase of age, the physiological functions of various tissue cells in the body gradually decline and age, the degenerated intervertebral disc gradually loses water, the intervertebral space narrows, the annulus fibrosus relaxes and bulges to the periphery, the vertebral body becomes unstable, and the annulus fibrosus tears outside the edge of the vertebral body, resulting in the protrusion of the nucleus pulposus, which pushes up the periosteum of the posterior longitudinal ligament, and new bone is produced underneath, forming bone spurs or bone hyperplasia. Some people also believe that after the intervertebral disc degenerates and atrophies, the vertebral body tilts forward, the front edge of the vertebral body is blocked by the anterior longitudinal ligament in the midline, the periosteum on both sides is lifted up, and new bone is formed under the periosteum. In addition, local pressure factors are also the main factors causing bone hyperplasia.

1. Bend down and pick up money.

A hundred-dollar bill was placed on the ground, and when the training began, the patient with lumbar spondylosis leaned back, raised his arms, bent over, and tried to reach the ground with both hands, but his hands could only barely reach below his knees. I couldn't reach the hundred-dollar bill on the ground, so I increased my strength, slowly moved my hands down, adjusted my breathing, and repeated this for more than 20 times without stopping. Then a miracle happened. I could touch the floor with my hands and picked up the hundred-dollar bill that I had dropped on the ground with great difficulty. After tasting the benefits of exercise, I insisted on doing it 40 times every morning and evening. After a month, the pain caused by lumbar bone hyperplasia has really improved a lot.

2. Sleeping on your side.

At the same time, use a soft mattress and a pillow of appropriate height. Patients with lumbar spondylosis tried to change to sleeping on their side. Although they were not used to it, they felt their joints were relaxed when they got up, and they no longer had the feeling of not being able to straighten their backs when they got up.

3. Sleeping on your back.

It is not good to sleep on your side for a long time. You have to change your sleeping position. Patients with lumbar spondylosis should put a soft small cushion of appropriate height on their waist when sleeping on their back. It should feel comfortable. The purpose of doing this is to reduce the stress on the lumbar vertebrae so that when you wake up the next day you won't feel the same pain as before.

There are generally three exercise methods for lumbar bone hyperplasia, and these three exercise methods are the three methods introduced in the above article, namely: bending over to pick up money, sleeping on your side, and lying flat on your back. These three different exercise methods have certain auxiliary therapeutic effects on the treatment of lumbar bone hyperplasia, so our patients with lumbar bone hyperplasia may as well try them.
