How to build more muscular muscles

If you want to make your muscles more developed and fuller, one of the best ways is to do barbell exercises. The advantage of this type of exercise is that you don’t have to go to a gym, you can exercise as long as you have a barbell at home. Barbell press is the main exercise method for developing muscles. Other exercise methods are not as effective as barbell press. Moreover, the weight of the barbell is proportional to the volume of muscle required for exercise, so the effect is worse than dumbbells. So how to develop more developed muscles?

1. Running on the spot - carry a barbell on your shoulders. The weight of the barbell should be 40% - 50% of the maximum weight you can bear. When running, try to lift your thighs as high as possible so that the thighs are perpendicular to the torso, forming a 90-degree angle. Repeat 15-20 times.

2. Support and alternate leg jumps - hold dumbbells or shoulder a barbell. The barbell should not be too heavy. Choose a 30-cm-high step, put one leg on top and the other leg on the bottom. When supporting and jumping, stretch the upper leg as far as possible, stay for a few seconds and then switch to the other leg. Repeat 10 to 15 times.

3. Straight-leg jump - carry a barbell on your shoulders, the weight of the barbell should be 40% of the maximum weight you can bear. With your legs as straight as possible and your ankles extended, jump straight up and down as fast and high as possible. Repeat 15-20 times.

It should be noted that when you first start doing barbell press exercises, you cannot suddenly add very heavy weights, as this will cause muscle strain and joint ligament damage, and the body will not be able to bear the weight. The best way is to proceed step by step, adding a little weight every day, and persist for a long time. The exercise effect will gradually appear, and you will have more developed muscles.
