Face forward, raise your left arm horizontally to the opposite side with your five fingers stretched as far as possible, bend your right arm, and stretch your arm downward. Then switch to your right arm and raise it horizontally to the opposite side in the same way as your left arm, and repeat this process about 10 times.

Function: By stretching the shoulder ligaments, it improves blood circulation in the shoulders and arms, thereby relieving shoulder fatigue.
