Finger push-ups: first lie flat on the ground like doing push-ups, spread out the five fingers of both hands, with the distance between the two hands as wide as shoulders, use your fingers to support the body, straighten the chest, tighten the abdomen, then slowly let the body fall, naturally open the elbows outward, pause for 2 to 3 seconds, then inhale and exhale, repeat the exercise, you can start with 5 minutes, and then gradually increase the time.

There are some other ways to exercise the arm muscles, such as the rope winding method. This exercise method is very simple. Stand with your feet apart or sit on a stool, then raise your arms up with your elbows slightly bent, and keep your hands about 15 to 20 centimeters apart. At this time, you can hold dumbbells with both hands, or lift heavy objects with both hands.
