When a man's maximum aerobic capacity drops below 18 ml and a woman's maximum aerobic capacity drops below 15 ml, increasing the amount of exercise will inevitably make people feel very tired. But there's evidence that regular aerobic exercise can slow or reverse this relentless aging process, even in your later years.
