How to do Huilan Yoga movements?

1. Sit on the ground with your legs straight and your back straight.

3. Grab the instep of your right foot with your right hand, lift your right calf upward, and clamp the instep of your right foot with your right elbow.

TIPS: When practicing, adjust your knees so that they are in a straight line, and focus your attention on your waist.

Effect: Strengthens thigh and calf muscles, beautifies arm lines, enhances the flexibility of waist and shoulder joints, makes the waist slender and soft, beautifies body lines, promotes blood circulation throughout the body, and improves physiological functions.

Shoulderstand:

1. Do the plow pose, supporting your waist with your hands.

2. Inhale, bend your legs and slowly extend them upwards.

3. Try to keep your legs, chest and cervical spine in the same straight line, and keep your chin close to your sternum.

4. Bend your left leg 15 degrees and your right leg 45 degrees. Hold this position for 1 minute, then switch legs.

TIPS: When practicing, focus your attention on the squeeze in your neck and the upward stretch from your chest to your toes, and relax your face.
