Bend your upper body forward, lift your left foot backward, bend your knees, hold the instep of your left foot with your left hand, straighten the instep, and straighten your right leg. Extend your right arm out in front of your body and tighten your abs. Keep your eyes on your fingers, hold for 3 breaths, then lower your arms and legs.

Thin waist yoga four:

Stand with your legs together and straight, and your back straight. Take a large step forward with your right foot into a lunge position. Stretch your left foot straight and raise your hands up, bringing your palms together above your head with your arms straight. Bend your waist backward, stretch your arms backward along with your waist, and look diagonally upwards.
