You should walk for 3 to 5 minutes as a warm-up, and your speed can be gradually increased to 5 km/h. Then start jogging at a speed of 6 to 8 km/h. Start with 10 minutes and then extend each exercise by 5 minutes until you can run continuously for 1 hour.
