What exercises are good for the cervical spine?

People who sit for long periods of time without exercise will find that their cervical spine is quite sore. (1) Neck stretch: First stand at attention with your feet slightly apart and your hands supporting your waist. When practicing: turn your head and neck to the right and look to the right and rearward; return to the preparatory position; lower your head and look at the ground, preferably with your jaw touching the manubrium; return to the starting position. The movements should be performed slowly, with one movement per breath. Alternate left and right movements.

(2) Looking backward: The preparatory posture is the same as above. During the exercise: turn the head and neck to the right and look backward to the right; return to the preparatory posture; turn the head and neck to the left and look backward to the left; return to the preparatory posture. The movements should be coordinated with breathing and performed slowly.

(3) Looking back at the moon: The preparatory posture is the same as above. When practicing: turn your head and neck as far as possible to the upper right rearward, and your upper body also slightly turns to the right. Turn your eyes to the upper right rearward and look up at the sky; return to the preparatory posture; turn your head and neck as far as possible to the upper left rearward, and your upper body also slightly turns to the left. Turn your eyes to the upper left rearward and look up at the sky; return to the preparatory posture. Do one movement at a time with one breath.

Because it is safer and healthier to protect our cervical spine through exercise and relieve some pain or disease problems in the cervical spine.
