Simple yoga moves for slimming legs

3. Warrior pose

③Lean your shoulders back and open your chest.

④ Place your left hand on the calf of your left leg, raise your right arm and bring it close to your ear.

However, exercise should also be combined with diet. If your diet is not controlled, there is no way to slim your legs. Try to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, avoid foods that are too high in fat, try not to stand too much on your legs, and don't even wear high heels, otherwise your legs will become thicker.
