How to practice yoga meditation

There are many ways to practice yoga meditation, such as going directly into nature to practice yoga meditation, or practicing in a control group, or you can close your eyes and meditate. Practicing yoga meditation in nature can allow our body and mind to completely integrate into nature and bring peace of mind to our hearts. Practicing yoga meditation in front of candlelight or with eyes closed can elevate our state of mind and help improve vision.

Yoga voice meditation practice is extremely simple and easy, and there are no strict rules. Sometimes you recite it repeatedly in your mind and mouth at the same time, and sometimes you just recite it silently. When reciting aloud, sometimes one recites repeatedly in a low voice; sometimes one recites loudly in a normal voice; sometimes one recites in a rhythmic singing manner; sometimes one recites in sync with one's breathing, and sometimes it does not; sometimes one recites while sitting, sometimes while standing, sometimes while walking, and so on.

Method: Sit in any meditation posture, close your eyes, and do a few deep yoga breaths to adjust yourself. Pay close attention to your breathing and chant the sound "OM" in a deep voice with each exhale. The voice is recited in a prolonged manner, as long as the exhalation process, rather than being spoken out in a short burst. After entering the state, you can silently say "Ohm" in your mind every time you inhale, and recite "Ohm" out loud every time you exhale. You can start with 11 times. There is no limit to how many times you can do this exercise. Pay attention to your breathing. Long-term practice of yoga meditation can make our mind free of distractions and allow a person to focus more on oneself. Some high-level yoga meditation exercises can allow us to look inward and explore the mysteries of the universe from our own perspective. Of course, this kind of effect is rather far-fetched, and it is generally difficult to achieve this level.
