How to dive?

How to dive?

In summer, many people like to go diving to cool down due to the hot weather. When diving, we must make relevant safety preparations to avoid dangerous situations. We must wear special diving masks and professional diving suits. Let's get familiar with how to dive.

Step 1

A. Dry diving suits contain "base material" which is relatively smooth. Can be put on directly.

B. For a wet suit, both the body and the suit must be wet before it can be put on. C. Wet diving suit: If it is winter, you can use talcum powder or prickly heat powder to apply on the inside of the diving suit. Especially the hands and feet to make it easier to wear. D. When wearing, do not pull it with your nails to avoid tearing it.

Step 2A: Wear the life jacket and BC after the wetsuit. B. Maintain a fist-width degree of tightness relative to the body (chest up). If it is too tight, it will cause squeezing, and if it is too loose, it will move up and down.

Step 3A. The breathing tube has a fixed strap fixed to the left side of the mask strap (the right side is the position of the regulator during scuba diving). B. The breathing tube is installed in front of the ear on the left side of the mask.

Step 4A: After putting on the mask, take out the hair in front of you to prevent the mask from leaking.

Step 5A: Before putting on strap-type fins, adjust the length of the strap first. Usually there is no difference between left and right.

B. Shoe-type fins are the same as wet suits. They must be wetted with water before they can be put on, and fixed with straps to ensure that they will not get loose.

Step 6A: Tie the weight belt around your waist as the last item to be put on so that it can be removed at any time. 2. Use and drainage of breathing tube

(1) When you dive into the water, water will seep into your breathing tube, so you must float to the surface and blow hard to expel the water.

(2) Inhale slowly. Blow hard when exhaling. The water in the pipe must be discharged in one breath.

(3) When diving into the water, do not exhale in the water, so that there will be no air to drain the breathing tube after you float to the surface.

The diving methods and techniques introduced above are all very good professional methods given by some experts and scholars. They can greatly reduce the chance of risks we encounter during the diving process. At the same time, we must master scientific diving methods in our daily life to help us better experience the fun of diving.
