④ If you feel unwell, slide to the side actively, don’t lean back.

⑤ After being able to glide, you can gradually feel your feet pushing outward and experience the plow-like braking.

⑥ Slide the two boards downward in parallel. When the speed increases, quickly open the tail of the board and brake. Then retract the tail of the board, slide down gradually, and brake again.

⑦The most important point is to hire a ski coach. First, it can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Second, personal safety is absolutely guaranteed. The ski coaches at large ski resorts are mostly retired professional ski team members with rich experience. Ordinary people can basically learn how to ski in a day or two. 2. Self-protection measures for skiers

When skiing, in order to prevent moisture loss and ultraviolet burns to the skin, you can choose some oily skin care products that have the function of preventing moisture loss, and then apply a water-resistant sunscreen with good UV protection effect on the exposed skin, generally once every two hours. Don't skip applying sunscreen just because it's cloudy, as the ultraviolet rays are still very strong on cloudy days. If you feel that the cold wind is too irritating to your face while skiing, you can choose a head cover that only exposes your eyes, and then add a pair of fully enclosed ski goggles, which can completely cover your face and effectively prevent the cold wind from damaging your facial skin. It is recommended that you carry the above items with you.

Prepare enough warm clothing, ordinary winter clothes will do, but it is best to choose professional ski clothes. It is not advisable to go skiing after drinking. Once you lie down outside while drunk, you are very likely to get frostbite. In addition, you should also be careful not to go down the ski slope alone. International practice is that at least three people go down the ski slope together. If an accident really happens, one person will provide on-site rescue while the other calls for help, so that no one will know about the accident and no one will come to rescue.
