The energy required for anaerobic exercise is supplied by the glycolysis system. No oxygen is required in the energy supply process. The intensity is high and the duration is short. The heart rate during exercise is generally above 170-180 beats/minute. More intense exercises such as 100-200 meter sprints are anaerobic exercises.

There are many forms of aerobic exercise, such as brisk walking, jogging, aerobics, swimming, cycling, etc. Aerobic exercise is more suitable for national fitness. During aerobic exercise, the human body inhales 8 times more oxygen than when in a resting state. Long-term aerobic exercise can increase the amount of hemoglobin in the body, improve the body's resistance, resist aging, enhance the working efficiency of the cerebral cortex and cardiopulmonary function, increase fat consumption, prevent arteriosclerosis, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Aerobic exercise can be used for fitness, depending on local conditions and one's ability. Exercise time can be 3 times a week, each time for 20-30 minutes or longer; the intensity varies from person to person. For those aged 20-30, the heart rate should be maintained at around 140 beats per minute during exercise; for those aged 40-50, the heart rate should be 120-135 beats per minute; and for those aged 60, the heart rate should be 100-120 beats per minute.

Doing more exercise can also help us reduce the negative impact of many diseases on ourselves, help us better improve our physical fitness, and help us achieve a very good weight loss.
