What kind of exercise is good to do during lunch break?

As urban office workers, it is indeed difficult to spare more time for physical exercise. Well, you might as well take advantage of your lunch break to do some exercise. This will not affect social activities after get off work, and you can still be full of energy throughout the day.

Relax at your desk.

If you are too busy to leave, take off your shoes and try a few yoga moves. You will be more focused and your emotions will be much calmer.

Method: Sit cross-legged, stretch your arms outwards to the same height as your shoulders, palms facing up, then quickly raise them upwards, palms facing each other, while inhaling through your nose, quickly lower your arms back to their original position while exhaling, repeat for about 1 minute, then rest, then repeat.

Take the opportunity to consume fat.

If you want to burn some calories during your lunch break, the following exercises are very suitable. Doing aerobic exercise on a jogging machine for 30 minutes will have a significant effect.

How to do it: Warm up for two minutes, then alternate between three minutes of brisk walking and one minute of buffer time. When walking briskly, slowly increase the slope of the treadmill each time, and return the slope to zero when you rest. Repeat this back and forth 5 times. Next, do 5 minutes of abdominal and back exercises, 5 minutes of push-ups, and finally, cool down with 5 minutes of stretching exercises.

Jump rope to build balance.

The best way to maintain a good figure is to continue doing these exercises that combine vigorous aerobic exercise and weightlifting, which will definitely make your muscles more balanced.

Method: Alternate between two minutes of fast rope skipping and one minute of weightlifting on fitness equipment. Keep moving and maintain a high heart rate, which will burn more calories. Use a different weightlifting machine each time to make sure you're working different parts of your body. Do this 10 times in turn, and finally use abdominal exercises to relax, then take a shower, and your whole body will definitely feel relaxed!

Improve body posture.

Although exercise can relieve stress and fatigue in the body, poor posture may be the main cause of muscle soreness. In the long run, your physical, mental and health will be affected. If possible, ask a massage therapist to observe the way you sit or stand and find ways to eliminate the source of the soreness.
