First comb straight from the forehead to the top of the head to the back, gradually speeding up. Don't use too much force to avoid scratching your scalp. About 20 to 30 times per minute, once a day, each time for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Knead the dough. Place your warmed hands flat on your face, and use the middle fingers of both hands to rub from the front of the nose to the sides of the nose repeatedly until your face becomes warm. Then close your eyes and use the fingertips of both hands to massage the eyes and surrounding areas.

4. Rub your ears. There are many acupoints on the auricle. Use the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger of both hands to rub the auricle back and forth. The number of times depends on each person's situation, generally about 20 times.

5. Deep abdominal breathing. Stand upright, put your hands on your hips, and inhale from your abdomen first. Pause for a moment, exhale slowly until you have finished exhaling, then take a deep breath again, and repeat more than ten times.

6. Bend over. Spread your feet naturally, put your hands on your hips, bend to the left and right several times, then bend forward and backward several times, and then expand your chest to the left and right with your arms several times. The number of times is self-determined.

7. Take a walk. Stroll leisurely and easily, putting aside all trivial matters temporarily to relieve fatigue and improve intelligence and mind. Walking should be done gradually and within one's ability, so as to achieve physical exertion without becoming tiresome.
