In fact, pressing down on the pedals will weaken the strength of the leg, calf and biceps femoris muscle tissue, reducing the power transmitted when riding, and the thighs will be particularly prone to fatigue, so the force should be applied evenly.

When practicing spinning, because the body will sweat a lot, you should replenish water in time.
