How to exercise forearm muscles?

1. Place your arms flat on a square stool with your wrists exposed. Take a dumbbell of appropriate weight and hold it tightly, with your upper arm and forearm roughly at 90 degrees. Relax your upper arm muscles and focus on your forearms and wrists;

2. Slowly lower your wrist to contract the forearm muscles on the side close to the stool, and stretch the muscles on the side facing you to the limit as much as possible;

3. Slowly lift your wrist, so that the muscles of the arm facing you slowly contract, and the muscles on the side close to the bench are stretched to the limit;

4. Repeat this for one cycle, and do 10-15 times in a row as a set. If you do less than 10 times, the weight is too heavy, and if you do more than 15 times, the weight is too light.

5. After completing a set, switch hands without pausing. If you need to rest, the rest time between groups should not exceed 1 minute, remember;

6. Do 5 sets in a row for each hand, then rest for 2-3 minutes, increase the weight by 20-30%, and then do 3 sets for each hand, 3-5 times each.

7. After the training, continue with other movements.

8. At the beginning, train 6 days a week. After one month, train 4-5 times a week. As the weight increases, the number of training sessions per week gradually decreases. Finally, train one day and rest one day, mainly to give the muscles a day of rest and growth.

9. Pay attention to rest and nutrition.
