Lift your feet, lift and tighten the toes of both feet

Lie on your back in bed, place your palms flat on your hips, lift your legs, and lift and straighten the toes of your left and right feet alternately. Move your left and right feet in a rhythm of "1, 2", "1, 2", and perform 20 to 30 times as a set. Do this 1-3 times until your calves feel tired.
