Can running make your face thinner?

Face slimming is a beauty issue that modern people attach great importance to, because too much fat accumulation on the face will cause great damage to the body image and make people lose sufficient attractiveness in appearance. Thin cheeks make the facial features clear and three-dimensional. There are many ways to slim down your face, among which exercise is a relatively safe choice. Let’s take a look at whether running can slim down your face.

Exercise can promote body metabolism and blood circulation. It can help to slim down your face, but the effect will not be very obvious. It is recommended to persist in exercising and doing chewing exercises at the same time, which can effectively exercise the chewing muscles and consume subcutaneous fat.

Generally speaking, running is an aerobic exercise (running speed will affect heart rate, but it is generally believed that the heart rate of running should be controlled within the aerobic heart rate range). Through running, we can improve muscle strength and restore muscle mass to normal levels. At the same time, it can increase the body's basal metabolic level, accelerate fat burning, and develop a physique that is easy to lose weight.

1. Running is an aerobic exercise. Our whole body gets full exercise when we run. This process mainly consumes and burns fat in our body and reduces our body fat percentage.

2. Running doesn't just reduce fat on the belly and thighs, it can consume fat from most parts of our body. So by the same token, there is fat distributed on the face, and running can also consume fat in this area, thus achieving the effect of slimming the face.

The best times are 9 to 10 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. In the former, the air is fresh and the level of adrenal cortex hormone in the body reaches its peak. According to the biological clock, the body's adaptability and physical strength are best exerted between about 4 and 6 o'clock.

Running to lose weight does not mean running faster the better, but running at a moderate and consistent speed. You can't speed up and slow down, walk and run at the same time. This is definitely not the correct way. Whether you are jogging or speeding up, everyone should do it seriously and not give up just when you feel tired.
