2. Exhale, stretch your right arm over your back, grab the big toe of your right foot, move your bent right knee closer to your straight left leg, extend your left hand, grab your left foot with your left hand, inhale, look up, stretch your back, and hold the position for 5-10 seconds.

3. Exhale, bend your left elbow outward, bend your torso downward, and try to bring your forehead close to your left knee. Then put your nose, lips, and finally your chin on your left knee. Breathe evenly and maintain this position for 30 seconds.

4. Inhale, raise your upper body back to a straight position, release your hands, stretch out your right leg, switch left and right, and repeat this exercise.

If you have difficulty grasping your big toe, you can hold your right foot tightly with your left hand while pulling your right shoulder back. You can also use a yoga rope. Don't force yourself. At the beginning, you may have to bend your left knee slightly, but in the end you should be able to keep your left knee straight.
