How to exercise in the office

I believe that office workers all have a problem, that is, they don’t know how to exercise in the office. There is not enough space in the office to put fitness equipment for everyone to exercise. Sitting in the office for a long time may cause workers to suffer from hypoxia. Why? Because most offices are closed spaces, windows are rarely opened in order to turn on air conditioning. Appropriate aerobic activity can bring "vitality" to employees. So working out in the office is good for employees’ health.

The first set of fitness exercises: lift the chest; the chest is one of the most important parts of the human body. If the qi flows smoothly and the chest expands, the body will be healthy. First, sit upright on a chair with your hands and feet placed naturally. A posture similar to a military stance. Take a deep breath, use your strength to lift your chest muscles upwards, keep your eyes level and your chin parallel to the ground. Maintain this action for about 10-30 seconds, depending on your physical fitness, and repeat the same action 5-10 times.

The second set of fitness exercises: shoulder exercises; the shoulders are the part of the human body that is most vulnerable to injury and pain, so you must learn to protect your shoulders. According to the above movements, keep the posture unchanged, press your arms backwards, and feel a pulling sensation in your chest. It also depends on your physical fitness to maintain it for 10-20 seconds, take a deep breath, relax your body, and repeat the same movement 5-10 times.

The third set of fitness exercises: neck and chin exercises; I won’t go into details about the importance of the neck and chin. I believe everyone knows that when people reach middle age, the neck often feels overwhelmed. First, continue to maintain the above movements, and then keep your neck still, and stretch your head as far back as possible, backward, not downward. The same physical fitness is required to maintain it for 10-20 seconds, breathe deeply, and relax the body. Repeat the same action 5-10 times.

To sum up, I believe everyone understands how to exercise in the office. Working out in the office is not only good for your physical health, but it can also improve your work efficiency. Friends who stay in the office for a long time may try the methods provided above, which may bring you a lot of fun. If you have any questions, you can ask your fitness coach. Finally, I wish you all good health and a happy life!
