How to effectively exercise your core muscles

Rope barbell rotation: This is not a separate device, but is assembled by yourself. The method is very simple: use a barbell, hemp rope, and barbell plates to complete a suspended wrist training device. Tie one end of the hemp rope to the middle of the barbell, and wrap the other end around the center of the barbell plate to tie a knot. Then stretch your arms forward and parallel to the ground. Without moving your arms, bend your wrists and use the strength of your forearm muscles to rotate, allowing the rope to drive the barbell up.

Stick and club sports: such as badminton, tennis, baseball, hockey and other sports will train the forearm muscles. Maybe we don’t play tennis, baseball, and hockey very often, but if you play badminton with all your heart, you will basically feel a strong soreness in your forearm muscles the next day.

While knowing how to effectively exercise your core muscle groups, you also need to keep in mind some precautions. For rope barbell rotations, this type of exercise equipment is best assembled by yourself, and you must pay attention to safety during assembly. When training, you should limit the number of repetitions to about ten sets at a time. Exercising too many times will cause muscle strain. This training method can also be used for horse stance or martial arts training.
