What should you pay attention to when doing boxing aerobics to lose weight

Combat gymnastics is currently a very popular method of weight loss exercise. When doing the exercises accompanied by music with bright rhythm, people will be immersed in it and will not feel tired or bored. Although combat exercises are very effective in reducing weight, it should be noted that the higher the intensity of combat exercises, the better. Especially for women with weak bodies, the intensity of combat exercises should be properly controlled to avoid overwork.

Combat gymnastics and aerobics are aimed at fitness and are more suitable for the general public. Combat gymnastics is a continuous and regular exercise aimed at improving physical fitness and mental health. Aerobics with a moderate rhythm can make people more refreshed, happy, and make the brain more responsive.

However, when training combat exercises, you must master the rhythm and should not train too fast. Fast-paced aerobics not only fails to provide exercise, but also easily leads to exercise overload. Scientific research has proven that excessive exercise not only makes people tired easily, but also reduces the body's immune function, which is harmful to the body.

Sometimes the rhythm of combat exercises is too fast, making it difficult for the dancers to keep up. This will prevent the movement from being completed well, resulting in incomplete movements and causing sports injuries. Furthermore, a fast rhythm can easily cause the aerobics participants' muscles to become overly tense and fatigued, making it more likely for them to suffer sports injuries such as strains and sprains.

When practicing combat exercises, practitioners must control the speed, intensity, number of repetitions, number of sets, interval time, etc. of the exercise movements according to their own physical condition and endurance. After a set of fast-paced movements, do some slow cool-down exercises to regulate your heart rate and breathing.

It should be noted that when doing combat exercises, if you are a beginner, the total exercise time must be controlled within one hour. Do not indulge in combat exercises because of their good rhythm. Otherwise, excessive exercise will only make beginners feel very tired and eventually lose interest in combat exercises. If you do high-intensity combat exercises, it can easily lead to muscle strain, which will be counterproductive.
