What are some breathing exercises?

Many people are afraid of exercise, especially when they were students. They would sigh when they heard that they had to measure 800 meters or 1000 meters. In fact, it is mainly because they do not exercise enough in their daily lives. Once they exercise, the body is likely to experience symptoms such as soreness. Therefore, everyone must learn breathing techniques. However, you can adjust your breath during exercise, which is more helpful for training. So what exactly is the breathing exercise method! Let’s take a look together.

1 After inhaling the breath, you must be good at maintaining it. Do not let the breath escape all at once. Do not relax the diaphragm and chest muscles all at once. Instead, keep the chest in an expanded state.

2 Control the force of exhalation to moderate level and do not hold the air forcefully. Mistaking holding the breath for compression results in a forced sound.

3. When exhaling, relax the upper chest and keep it in a naturally protruding state.

You can take any posture, lying down, sitting or standing. Lie down or stand with your legs moderately apart, close your eyes lightly, place one hand on your chest and the other hand on top of your abdomen. In order to feel the movement of the diaphragm and abdominal muscles. Then inhale and exhale slowly and gently through your nose without making any sound or pausing. Then increase the intensity of your normal breathing. When you exhale, try to exhale as much as possible in multiple breaths. Then intentionally draw your abdominal muscles inward and gently contract your lungs to exhale. Then inhale fully but don't force it, and let your abdomen return to its original position. When you inhale, you will feel your abdominal wall and lower ribs push outward, with only slight movement of your chest. This type of breathing is achieved by contracting and pressing down the diaphragm to form an inhalation action. Practice 3-5 times a day for 3-5 minutes each day.

In fact, breathing techniques are very beneficial to the body. Different front-end breathing can fill the entire lungs with energy and supply the body with sufficient oxygen. At the same time, it can also expel waste or carbon dioxide from the body and promote blood circulation in the internal organs. It can be said that practicing breathing techniques more often is of great benefit to the body.
