Lean forward until you feel a pull behind your legs. For one minute, hold the position and switch legs. If you want to make your calf muscles disappear slowly, you must adhere to one principle when exercising, that is, to do low-weight and high-repetition exercises. Standing calf raises are the most effective way to shape your calves. Repeat each exercise about 15 to 20 times, then switch to the other calf. The amount of exercise can be gradually increased.
