The following people are not suitable for mountain climbing: those with chronic diseases such as movement disorders, arthritis, dermatomyositis, rheumatism, etc.; those with chronic diseases of the respiratory system, such as cor pulmonale, chronic bronchitis; those with chronic diseases of the circulatory system, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, especially those with chronic coronary artery insufficiency; chronic nephritis; blood diseases; diabetes with complications; gout; lupus erythematosus; and cirrhosis.

Pay attention to the following points when hiking: 1. Shoes should fit your feet (rubber shoes and hiking shoes are preferred), high heels should not be worn, and clothes should be loose (sportswear and casual clothes are preferred). 2. Bring some water or drinks with you in case there is no water on the mountain. 3. It is best not to go hiking when the weather is bad to avoid danger. 4. Don't run down the mountain to avoid getting in trouble. 5. When climbing a mountain, lean forward, but keep your waist and back straight to avoid hunching or bending over.
