In addition, in addition to the traditional round hula hoop, a spring hula hoop has appeared on the market, which has a better exercise effect.

Riding a bicycle. Traditional bicycles are basically pedaled, which is actually the most beneficial cycling sport. Don't think of cycling as a tiring job. In fact, cycling for 30 minutes a day is most beneficial to your body.

Aerobics. This is a relaxing exercise that I recommend to female friends to do in their spare time. On Saturdays and weekends, you can sign up for a dance and aerobics class that you are interested in to shape your body and strengthen your self-confidence.

climb mountains. The oldest, most natural and most harmonious form of exercise is actually mountain climbing. When I was a child, I often went hiking with my friends, and I felt very happy after coming back. Be able to breathe the freshest air and nutrients from nature. It feels so beautiful.

These exercises are quite intense when performed, and you must do them within your ability. You must be in good health and not too tired when doing them. Just do it moderately. Intense exercise is likely to cause harm to your body, so you must pay attention to the correct posture when doing it to avoid injury.
