Be careful to keep your chin slightly tucked toward your chest.

First of all, if you want to train six abdominal muscles, you can't just do sit-ups. Sit-ups will only train the four upper muscles. If you want to train the other four abdominal muscles in the lower abdomen, you have to do "sit-ups"! The specific method is to lie flat on your upper body, put your hands behind your head, bend your legs slightly, use your abdomen to raise your legs to about 90 degrees, and then slowly put them down, repeat many times until you reach your limit!
