Forward bend stretch

Number of times: 3 times

Exercise parts: legs, spine, buttocks, etc.

Stand up straight, legs hip-width apart, hands hanging naturally at your sides. Then slowly bend your upper body forward and downward, letting your hands follow, and bend your knees slightly until your hands touch the ground. Then stay for about 2 seconds and slowly lift your body up again.

Note: Move slowly. When your hands touch the ground, keep your four fingers together and the backs of your fingers touching the ground.

Head and neck stretch

Number of times: 1 cycle (about)

Exercise parts: Neck, jaw, arms

Stand up straight with your legs hip-width apart. First raise your arms horizontally to the side. Then bend your elbows, press your right hand upward on the top of your head, and place your right hand behind your back. Use your right hand to gently push your head forward to the right. Pause for 10 seconds, then release your arms and return to the horizontal position. Repeat the same action on the left side, pressing the head forward to the left. Then put your right hand on top and press your head to the right rear. When you are done, put your left hand on top and press your head to the left rear.

Note: Pause for 10 seconds each time you press your head. Between movements, return your hands to the horizontal position.

Doing exercises like Pilates generally won't lead to breast enhancement. If you want to enlarge your breasts, you can choose the methods introduced here.
