What to do if the knee joint is soft tissue injured?

Soft tissue loss in the knee joint is something that almost everyone of us will encounter. But if it is not treated correctly and effectively, it will be very difficult to heal in the later stages and may even haunt us for the rest of our lives. So how can we deal with it correctly and effectively? Now follow me to find out how to deal with it.

Medicinal wine for external use, mainly used for the treatment of injuries of the musculoskeletal system. When using, first apply the medicated wine to the affected area, then repeatedly press, knead, and caress the affected area and its surroundings, and cooperate with auxiliary techniques such as pinching, plucking, smoothing, and rotating to improve the therapeutic effect. It is better to apply it with warm rubbing, which is conducive to the penetration of the medicinal wine into the subcutaneous tissue and exerting the drug's effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and relieving inflammation and pain. Each massage lasts about 15-20 minutes, once a day or every other day, and generally 5 times constitute a course of treatment.

When using external medicinal wine, you should pay attention to:

1. Most of the external medicinal liquors are blood-activating, blood-dispelling, and pain-relieving drugs, so they should not be taken internally to avoid poisoning reactions;

2. The massage technique should be light at first and then heavy, and then gradually lighten towards the end;

3. If soft tissue injury causes local bleeding, redness and swelling within 2 days, vigorous massage on the affected area will aggravate the symptoms, so it is not suitable for use;

4. When using medicated wine to massage and grasp tissues, be careful not to directly press and rub the protruding part of the bone, so as not to damage the soft tissue and periosteum tissue on the bone surface and aggravate the condition;

5. The medicinal wine massage method should not be used for fresh fractures, joint dislocations, and skin damage. It should also be prohibited for patients with serious heart, liver, lung, and kidney diseases.

6. For patients with bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, soft tissue suppurative infection, etc., only apply it on the surface where the pain is more severe. Do not push, pull or apply heavy pressure to avoid the spread of the lesion.
