First pose: Twisting Boat Pose

practice:

1. Lie on your back, bend your legs, and put your palms together in front of your chest.

4. Exhale to restore. Do the same on the opposite side.

practice:

1. Sit down, bend your legs, and hold your ankles with your hands.

2. Inhale, move your center of gravity backward, and lift your feet off the ground. Hold for 3 breaths.

3. While exhaling, slowly stretch your legs upward to the maximum limit and hold for 3 breaths. Exhale to restore.

The third pose: Snake Stretch

practice:

1. Lie prone with your hands behind your back and your fingers crossed.

2. Inhale, stretch your arms and lift your upper body as high as possible. Hold for 4 breaths. Exhale to restore.
