What is the best way to do eye yoga?

While modern high-tech products bring us convenience, they also bring many health problems and harm our bodies. One of them is that the radiation from computers and mobile phones causes great damage to everyone's eyes. Because of work or other reasons, everyone needs to face the computer frequently, so many people will feel eye fatigue, and in serious cases, it also causes problems such as myopia. 1. Bend your two fingers to make your palm into a bowl shape, generate heat, and place it over your eyes. Inhale and place your fingertips on your cheekbones and eyebrows, exhale slowly, and repeat 5 times.

2. Use the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of both hands to gently rub the bones around the eyes to relieve tension. Gently massage the area around the eyebrows from the inside to the outside, then the area under the eyes and around the cheekbones, from the inside to the outside, and repeat 5 times.

3. Look at the middle of your index finger and follow its movement. Place the index finger of your right hand between your eyebrows and slowly move it away. Gradually straighten your right arm, stay still for 5 to 10 seconds, and then slowly move your fingers back. After gazing, return to action 1 to block the light and relax your eyes.

4. Stretch your right arm horizontally forward with your thumb raised. While looking at the center of your thumb, slowly open it to the right. Until your thumb is out of sight, stay there for 5 to 10 seconds without moving your face. Then slowly return your right arm to the front and return to action 1. Do the same exercise on the left side.

5. Stretch your right arm in front of you with your index finger pointing to the left. While looking at the center of your index finger, follow the movement of your finger with your eyes. Slowly lower your arms until they are out of sight. Stay still for 5 to 10 seconds and return to the front. Move up and down, return to action 1, and relax your eyes.

6. Place your elbows on the table to block out the sun. Place your elbows on the table, support the weight of your head with your palms, and shield your hands from the light. Exhaling can relieve eye tension and breathing slowly.

I think everyone knows how to do the above set of yoga exercises for protecting eyes that I have collected. Although there is this set of exercise methods, we still need to pay great attention to the safety of our eyes. We can eat more vegetables and fruits, drink enough water, eat foods that improve eyesight, try to avoid electronic products with high radiation such as computers and mobile phones, look at more green things, and use eye drops when we are tired. This is also very good for the eyes.
