The second method: pure aerobic exercise to lose weight

This method of losing weight by simply using aerobic exercise is more obvious in the initial stage of weight loss, but the effect becomes less obvious as time goes on. This leads to the body consuming less and less calories in the later stages of weight loss, and the weight loss effect becomes worse and worse. At the same time, this kind of weight loss that only uses pure aerobic exercise is more likely to rebound.

The third method: circuit training to lose weight

Circuit training for weight loss is to alternate between aerobic and strength training machines in the gym. For example, after running on the treadmill for 3 to 5 minutes, the practitioner can do 1 minute of seated chest press exercise (using medium or lower weight for the exercise), then return to the treadmill to run for 3 to 5 minutes, and then do 1 minute of sit-ups... Following this step, 8 to 10 cycles are performed in a row to complete a weight loss training. This method of weight loss using circuit training is very effective and is also not prone to rebound.
